About the project
We started with a site visit and a conversation about how the family actually uses the room — where they watch films, where guests sit, how much space books and electronics need. The layout came out of those answers, not the other way round.
We selected the real furniture, textiles and lighting and arranged them to plan, so the space is both cosy and functional. The sofa is positioned around the natural light, and the lighting works on three levels — ambient, task and accent.
The client approved the furniture with clear prices upfront and paid only for it plus the price — no hidden costs, no commissions and no construction crews. No walls were touched and no renovation was needed.
From the site visit to a move-in ready living room took two weeks, delivery, assembly and styling included. The client got the keys and walked into a room that was ready to live in.
