Is the home really ready in 2 weeks?
Yes. Two weeks is the time from approved design to a fully arranged home. It works because we don't do construction or renovation — we work with real furniture that gets ordered, delivered and arranged to a pre-approved plan. The timeline applies to furnishing a finished space.
How much does furnishing an apartment cost?
You pay for two things: the furniture itself and our price of €20 per m². The furniture cost depends entirely on your choices and budget — we show you specific models with clear prices before anything is ordered. No hidden costs and no store commissions added at the end.
Do you do renovation or construction work?
No. Inter Mattix does interior design and furnishing — not construction and not renovation. We don't hire building crews and we don't manage contractors. We work in spaces that are already finished and ready to be furnished.
What does the price include?
An on-site consultation and survey, layout and design for every room, a photorealistic 3D visualisation for approval, selection of the specific furniture, textiles and lighting with prices, plus organising the delivery, assembly and final styling.
Can I change the furniture you selected?
Yes. Nothing is ordered without your approval. You get a list of specific models with prices and full freedom to swap or remove items until you're happy with both the selection and the total.
Do you work outside Sofia?
We're based in Sofia and most projects are there, but we take on projects across Bulgaria. For locations outside Sofia the timeline can be slightly longer because of delivery logistics.
Do I need to be present for delivery and styling?
Not necessarily. We handle delivery, assembly and styling end to end. Many of our clients are moving to Sofia from abroad and see their home finished only on move-in day.
Do you furnish rental and Airbnb properties?
Yes — it's one of our most common cases. Fast furnishing means the property starts earning weeks earlier, and a clean, well-styled interior photographs better and gets booked more often.
