At Inter Mattix the price is €20 per m² — one rate for the whole project, regardless of how many rooms it has. Most studios in Sofia charge between €35 and €60 per m² for a standard project, and premium studios go up to €150 per m². We are deliberately at the bottom of that range because we do not do construction and we do not add commissions on furniture.
For an apartment of around 70 m² our price is €1,400. On top of that comes the furniture budget, which depends entirely on your choice — the difference between ready-made and custom furniture can be several times over. We show you specific models with prices so you see the final figure before anything is ordered.
On the area we actually furnish. If you are furnishing only the kitchen and living room of a 100 m² apartment, you pay for those square metres, not for the whole property. The area is confirmed during the site survey.
No. The photorealistic 3D visualisation is part of the €20 per m² price, together with the consultation, the site survey, the furniture selection and the organisation of delivery and styling. Design revisions are not charged separately either.
Our price is agreed after the site survey, once the area and scope are clear. Furniture you pay separately and directly, at its real price — we do not mark it up and we take no commission from suppliers. That is why no surprises appear at the end of the project.
